For seven years a rehabilitation facility in Jonesboro that did not receive emergency patients and did not treat critically ill patients had a patient death rate of more than twenty per year. A statistically realistic expected rate would be one or fewer.

As one of those who witnessed the conduct of medical staff including doctors that explains the large number of deaths I contacted hundreds of news media organizations and none bothered to investigate or even ask for more information.

I contacted the Arkansas state medical board, attorney general and governor and provided proof of this and the medical board dismissed the complaint on the word of the doctor who almost killed me and absolutely caused other deaths. The attorney general and governor have not replied beyond informing me that it was not their responsibility (in the case of the attorney general) and I have been waiting for several months now for several months now for a reply from the governor's office.

All files should be printable - you may have to mess with margins some. The replies are PDFs. The book is also printable (48 pages) and permission to distribute both is granted by the author.
